- Download and install the IMAP Backup Tool on your PC.
- Click the "Import CSV" button to upload a CSV file with your IMAP-enabled IDs.
- Select the IDs you wish to use and click "Next".
- Choose the mailbox folders from the IMAP account and click "Next".
- From the dropdown list, select your desired saving option, such as PST or PDF.
- For this example, choose PST and specify the output and log file paths. Click “Next”.
- Use the software's built-in features, then click the "Convert" button.
