The IMAP Backup Tool allows you to back up mailboxes from IMAP server accounts into various file formats such as PST, MBOX, MSG, CSV, PDF, EML, DOC, DOCX, etc. It supports backing up emails from a wide range of IMAP-enabled accounts, like Yahoo, Gmail, G Suite, Office, Outlook, Zoho, Amazon WorkMail, Webmail, GoDaddy, Hotmail, and many other cloud-based email clients. It has a feature to delete the emails of IMAP accounts after taking a backup.
follow these simple steps to backup IMAP emails:
- Download and install the IMAP Backup Tool on your PC.
- Click the "Import CSV" button to upload a CSV file with your IMAP-enabled IDs.
- Select the IDs you wish to use and click "Next".
- Choose the mailbox folders from the IMAP account and click "Next".
- From the dropdown list, select your desired saving option, such as PST or PDF.
- For this example, choose PST and specify the output and log file paths. Click “Next”.
