As a beatmaker, I create most of my demos on the go - on the subway, bus, or in coffee shops, and I use the AKAI iMPC like a notebook: when a groove comes to me, I jot it down right away. Recently, I encountered a strange bug: the sequences played, but the transitions between them sounded off. I thought I had ruined the project. Then, I googled it and found instructions on manualmachine.com . It turned out that I was using the Data Wheel incorrectly. You have to turn it during playback, and the program waits for the end of the previous pattern. I also turned off Time Correct, manually adjusted the track, and added approximately 60% swing, which brought the groove to life immediately. It turned out that it wasn't a bug, but rather, it was me. Does anyone else know about this website with instructions? It seems to have instructions for all Akai products. Have you used it?
