Hey everyone,
Has anyone used custom Mylar bags for storing snacks or pantry items? I recently started using custom Mylar bags for things like nuts, dried fruit, and coffee beans. Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first, but they really do help keep stuff fresh longer than my old jars or zip-locks. I did notice that the thin bags tear super easily if you overfill them, so
I switched to thicker, resealable custom Mylar bags, and that works much better.
I also started writing the packing dates on each bag, which makes it easier to keep track of what to use first. I found a little guide on sealing techniques that helped me figure out the best way to close them.
I’m curious do you mostly use custom Mylar bags for food, or have you found other creative ways to use them around the house?
