Hi all, I run a small office and I’m trying to decide if it’s worth keeping our fax line or switching fully to online document tools. Some colleagues say faxing is outdated, others swear by digital fax lines for security. Also, I’ve heard mixed stories about free online doc services — some say they’re safe, others say they’re risky. I really want to read clear, unbiased research before we make any changes.
