Well ,tbh if you are comparing SAMP with MTA ,MTA is away better than SAMP because of the limitless functions which creates a great environment for creativity and you can tell already by the level of MTA servers it's just something in another level 
but I also like SAMP because it's simple as it's and they was fair enough the point was creating a Multiplayer mod for GTA San Andreas and yeah they did that so right .
For me I like both of them <3 but tbh I love SAMP more Heart

I played MTA it's amazing .. new systems and everything is great on it but i prefer Samp
