How to back up multiple email accounts?

For a few accounts, using desktop email clients can work, but it becomes difficult to manage at scale. I had good results with SysTools Email Backup Wizard because it supports multiple IMAP accounts, preserves folder structure and attachments, and offers incremental backup so only newly received emails are downloaded in subsequent runs. It also lets you save data in formats like PST, MBOX, EML, MSG, and PDF, which makes long-term archiving much easier.
