Telegram's anti-spam system flags accounts based on patterns, not just content. If you're running multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, their system assumes you're mass messaging even if you're not. Rapid account creation or high message volume within a short timeframe also triggers blocks. Sometimes it's not even about what you did, it's about how their automated systems interpreted your activity. Appeals exist but they take forever and success isn't guaranteed.
