How to Convert Old PST Files to the New Outlook Version?

I have some old PST files created in Outlook 2007 and 2010. I recently upgraded to the latest version of Outlook, but when I try to open these old PST files, some emails and folders do not appear correctly. I want to convert or update these old PST files so that they are fully compatible with the new Outlook version. Is there a safe and reliable way to do this without losing any emails, attachments, or folder structure?
