Free Method: Using Thunderbird + Gmail IMAP
If you want to avoid file conversion and are okay with a bit of manual work:
Install Thunderbird.
Use the ImportExportTools NG add-on to import the .mbox file.
Go to Account Settings > Add Mail Account.
Add your Google Workspace email via IMAP.
Drag and drop MBOX emails to the Google Workspace mailbox folders.
Emails will sync to your Google Workspace account automatically.
To import MBOX to a Google Workspace account, users can use the BLR MBOX Converter Tool. There are users who can download this application in any Windows OS edition. Use the free demo edition of this application to learn more about the software.
