The SysInfoTools Office 365 Backup Tool offers a secure and hassle-free solution for migrating Office 365 mailbox data, including emails, contacts, calendars, and more. Steps to Backup:-
1. Launch the Office 365 Backup & Restore Tool > Backup.
2. Enter valid Office 365 Email credentials. (Select Assign Impersonation to backup multiple mailboxes at once).
3. The software will fetch all the user IDs and mailbox folders of the account.
4. After that, select the user ID and mailbox folder to backup and click Next.
5. Preview the folders of the chosen mailbox. Select folders and click Next.
6. Choose the File format as PST from the drop-down of the list. Tap on Next.
7. Browse the path of the saving process, apply filters, and click Convert."
