Personally, I don't really like torrents because many movies take days and sometimes even weeks to download. The download speeds are always different, so it's just a matter of luck. It is much more convenient for me to watch movies online for free in good quality at https://p123movies.com/, it is a well-known and reputable movie site, there is a very large database of popular movies.
