To convert Mac Outlook OLM to PST, there are two methods: manual or direct conversion.
Manual Method
If you want to use the manual approach, the process involves several steps:
1. Open Outlook for Mac and export the mailbox data as an OLM file.
2. Move the OLM file to a Windows computer.
3. Set up Outlook on the Windows system.
4. Import the OLM data using an intermediate email client or supported migration method.
5. Move the imported emails and folders into Outlook.
