I’ve tried a few PST conversion options, and DataVare PST to MBOX Converter Expert stands out when the goal is to work with PST files on a Mac. It supports ANSI and Unicode PST files and gives you a preview of the mailbox before conversion. I also like that you can choose particular folders instead of converting everything.
