You can't import NSF files directly into Outlook, as Outlook doesn't recognize Lotus Notes’ native format. But don’t worry—it’s very doable with a little help. The first step is converting the NSF file to PST format, which is supported by all versions of Outlook.
I recently used eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter Software for this, and it worked flawlessly. The tool reads your NSF file—even without Lotus Notes installed—and gives you options to export the data into PST, MBOX, EML, and other formats. Once you’ve got your PST file, simply open Outlook and use the File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File option to start viewing your emails right away.
