The SharePoint Server Recovery is a recommended tool for Windows that fixes corrupted SharePoint databases and recovers data and documents, saving them as a new MDF database file. The software allows you to preview the SharePoint Database and documents before saving them.

Here are some steps to back up SharePoint Files:

1. Install and open SharePoint Server Recovery.
   
2. Click the Open button and select the SharePoint Database (.mdf) file.
   
3. Choose either Complete SharePoint Database Recovery or SharePoint Documents Recovery under "Select Recovery options."
   
4. Select the recovery mode options and click OK.
   
5. Once scanning is complete, preview the data and documents from the recovered SharePoint Database file.
   
6. Click Save and choose whether to save as SQL Server Database or SQL Server Compatible SQL Scripts.
   
7. Click OK, and your SharePoint Database with data and documents will be successfully recovered as a new database file.
