A few days ago, I accidentally deleted an important project folder from my external hard drive. I thought it was backed up, but unfortunately, it wasn't. The folder contained Word documents, Excel files, PDFs, and a few client presentations that I had been working on for weeks.
I tried a couple of free recovery tools, but they either recovered corrupted files or required a paid upgrade before I could even check whether my files were recoverable.
After searching online, I came across BLR Data Recovery Toolkit and decided to give it a try.
To my surprise, the software scanned my drive thoroughly and found almost all of the deleted files. What I liked most was that it showed a preview of many recoverable documents before recovery, which gave me confidence that the files were intact. The recovery process was straightforward, and I was able to restore most of my important documents.
From what I've seen so far, the software supports recovery from SSDs, HDDs, USB flash drives, memory cards, external hard disks, and even formatted or deleted partitions. It can recover photos, videos, documents, emails, archives, and many other file types.
I'm curious if anyone else here has used BLR Data Recovery Toolkit or another recovery solution. How was your experience? Are there any other tools that performed well for complex recovery situations like formatted drives or partition loss?
I'd love to hear your recommendations and experiences.
