I’m looking for a reliable way to edit documents without installing heavy software. I mostly need something simple for quick writing and basic formatting. I heard about some online tools, but I’m not sure which one would suit my needs. 

Ideally, it should support saving files in multiple formats and allow easy sharing. I came across a suggestion to try an online wordpad, but I’m unsure how functional it really is compared to traditional word processors. 

Has anyone used an online wordpad lately? How does it perform for day-to-day writing tasks?
