Why do my Odoo pages break after theme or template changes?

I’m facing issues after making changes in Odoo Theme Development or Odoo Template Development . Some pages break, styles disappear, and a few blocks don’t load at all. It usually happens when a view is overwritten the wrong way or when CSS and JS files clash. I’m not sure which file is causing the problem. If anyone has dealt with this before, how do you check which template or asset is breaking the page? Any simple steps to fix this would help.
