Lately, I’ve been thinking of buying bmw genuine parts online instead of constantly relying on local shops in London. The dealers here are reliable, but the prices are insane — sometimes double what I see advertised online.
I checked a couple of websites that claim to ship across the UK, including to places like Manchester and Leeds, but my main concern is whether the parts are truly genuine or cheap replicas. Some sites even use the word “OEM” loosely, which doesn’t help much.
Delivery speed is another issue. If your car is stuck in the garage, waiting weeks for parts isn’t practical. Has anyone here ordered BMW genuine parts online and had a positive experience?
Do you think online is safer now in the UK, or is it still better to deal face-to-face with trusted suppliers?
