The Pros and Cons of Using Shot Trainers in Basketball Training
#1
Basketball rebounding machines & shot trainers can enhance shooting accuracy by providing instant feedback and improving muscle memory. They help players practice form consistently, which can lead to better game performance. However, over-reliance on them might limit adaptability in dynamic game situations. They also can't replicate the defensive pressure or fatigue experienced during actual games. What are your thoughts on balancing shot trainers with real-game practice?
