At initially, it can be tricky to migrate an MBOX file to a Google Workspace account because there is no easy way to upload MBOX files to Gmail or Google Workspace. I encountered the same problem when I had to move old email archives to my work account. It took too long or had too many steps to do things by hand, which made it more probable that mistakes would happen. I tried a few things before settling on a certain application, which made the process much easier. I used WholeClear MBOX to G Suite Converter, and it worked well. There were no problems with the data or the technology.
