How to backup OneDrive for Business to a local drive?

Backing up OneDrive for Business to a local drive isn’t directly supported by Microsoft, but there are some reliable ways to do it. If you're managing multiple user accounts or need scheduled backups, using a third-party tool is the most efficient and effective. For example, I’ve used Migrate Cloud Data’s Microsoft OneDrive Backup Tool, which allows you to download OneDrive data locally in a structured format.
Here's how it typically works:

• You log in using your OneDrive credentials.
  
• Select the folders or items you want to back up.
  
• Choose your local destination folder (on your computer or external drive).
  
• You can also apply filters (like date range or file type) to download only specific data.
