Can the App Be Used Unblocked?

Hi everyone,

I noticed there’s an option for txdtool app unblocked and I’m wondering how it functions in practice. Does the unblocked version come with full features, or are there limitations compared to the standard one? 

I want to make sure I use the safest and most stable version. If you’ve tested it out, please share your experiences.
