- Download and install the IMAP Backup Tool on your PC.
- Click the "Import CSV" button to upload a CSV file with your IMAP-enabled IDs.
- Select the IDs you want to use and click "Next."
- Choose the mailbox folders from the IMAP account and click "Next."
- From the dropdown menu, select your preferred saving option, such as PST or PDF.
- For this example, choose PST and set the output and log file paths. Click "Next."
- Use the software’s built-in features, then click the "Convert" button.
- Your IMAP account emails will be successfully backed up to your local system.
