Does anyone else find it harder to follow tennis matches than football when looking at the numbers? With football, I can check team form, injuries and home or away results, then get a rough picture. Tennis feels more personal: surface, recent workload, head-to-head records and even a player's fitness can change the whole story. I usually end up drowning in stats and still making a guess. What do you actually check before a match, and are there a few reliable indicators worth focusing on? I’m trying to build a simple routine instead of spending an hour reading everything beforehand and learning nothing.
