Q - I recently moved from Lotus Notes to Outlook and need to export all my NSF emails, contacts, and calendar items to PST format. However, I want to make sure the folder structure remains intact after conversion. What’s the safest way to do this without data loss or corruption? Any reliable tools or methods?

Yes, you can definitely do that without losing your folder hierarchy. I faced the same issue when migrating from Lotus Notes to Outlook. The key is to use a tool that supports full data mapping and folder preservation.
I personally used eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter Software, which worked great for me. It scanned my NSF files, showed a full preview of all folders, and then exported them into PST format while keeping the same structure. It also kept all attachments, read/unread status, and email formatting intact.
You don’t even need to install Outlook during the conversion. Just load the NSF file, select the folders you want, and export them to PST easily.
