My life hack is that when I want to book an accommodation, I find it on Booking, then look for the hotel's phone number (usually they are on WhatsApp), call and ask for a discount. It often works. Are you just a tourist or is it a business trip? If it's just a tourist, my favorite time to visit New York is in the fall.
