Yes, you can take the TellCulvers survey multiple times, but there are conditions to follow. Each survey entry requires a unique receipt with a valid survey code printed on it. If you visit Culver's frequently and receive new receipts, you can complete the survey again using a new code. Keep in mind that each receipt is eligible for only one survey submission.
