Given the intensity of the first half of a Test cricket day, I am hungry by lunchtime. So it's good that the teams have an opportunity to satisfy that hunger. Personally, I use the lunch time in test cricket for its intended purpose - I eat a solid lunch, have a coffee to tone up my muscles and make sure I have a shower. At the end of the break, we are called together by the coach to make any necessary adjustments to the formation on the field.
