OLM files can be converted to PST by opening the OLM file in a converter, selecting the required mailbox data, and choosing PST as the output format. The important part is to preview the OLM data first and confirm that the required emails, folders, attachments, contacts, calendars, and other items are available.

For a larger OLM archive, the process can be handled like this:

  1. Add the OLM file or select the folder containing OLM files.
  2. Preview the mailbox data and select the required folders.
  3. Choose PST as the destination format.
  4. Select a suitable location and start the export.
  5. Open the resulting PST in Outlook and check a few folders, emails, and attachments.

TrustVare OLM Converter supports OLM to PST conversion along with selective data export and OLM preview, so it can be considered when Outlook compatible PST output is required.
