The drug Tadalista 20, also marketed under the name Cialis, is mainly used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil 20 mg is an effective medication, although some users may experience negative effects. Cenforce 100 and Vilitra 20 treat ED: Cenforce contains sildenafil, Vilitra has vardenafil.

Headaches, flushing, and dyspepsia (indigestion) are typical adverse effects. Usually, these are transient and moderate. In addition, users may have limb discomfort, back pain, muscular aches, or congestion in their nasal passages. Usually, these symptoms go away in 48 hours.

Even though they are uncommon, more severe side effects need quick medical intervention. Among these is abrupt loss of vision, which could be a sign of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Other alarming symptoms include dizziness, ringing in the ears, and hearing loss. When tadalafil is taken with nitrates, it can precipitously lower blood pressure, which can result in signs of a heart attack or fainting.

A prolonged and painful erection that lasts more than four hours is known as prurism, and it is a medical emergency that requires immediate attention to avoid long-term harm.

Tadalafil should be used with caution by those who have cardiovascular issues because sexual activity can put strain on the heart. A dose adjustment may also be necessary for people with liver or kidney problems in order to prevent worsening side effects.
