Forwarding Yahoo emails one by one can become extremely time-consuming when an organization has multiple mailboxes or thousands of messages. A better approach is to use a migration process that can authenticate the accounts, select the required data, and transfer the messages in batches.
The first consideration is whether the migration software supports multiple source accounts. This is particularly important for administrators who may need to move several Yahoo mailboxes to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or another IMAP-compatible service.
SysInfo Yahoo Backup Tool provides both single-account and batch-account processing. For multiple accounts, the software supports importing account information through a CSV file, allowing administrators to configure multiple Yahoo mailboxes rather than entering each account individually.
The destination also matters. According to the product information, the software can migrate Yahoo emails to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and IMAP-based platforms.
