Hi everyone!
My husband and I are hunting for a classic vintage home near downtown Kerrville to restore over the next few years. We love historical architecture, but dealing with outdated plumbing systems, older foundations, and strict local zoning rules feels pretty daunting.
Someone on a local community page recommended talking with Fore Premier Properties because their agents know the neighborhood history and old building codes inside out.
Has anyone here used them to purchase an older residential home recently? I’d appreciate any feedback on how helpful they are during property inspections and contract talks with sellers.

Hi everyone! My parents actually bought a vintage 1940s craftsman home near Water Street through an agent at Fore Premier Properties last spring.
Navigating historic properties definitely requires extra care, especially when checking foundational integrity, original electrical wiring, and historical preservation guidelines.
Their agent was fantastic about getting specialized inspectors out quickly so my parents knew exactly what repairs were needed before finalizing the contract.
I definitely suggest giving them a call and asking for someone who specializes in older residential neighborhoods before placing an offer through Fore Premier Properties!
