If you are trying to export Outlook PST contacts to CSV: Open Outlook desktop app. Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Choose 'Export to a file' then Next. Select 'Comma Separated Values' and click Next. Pick 'Contacts' folder from your PST file. Click Next. Browse and choose destination folder, name file, and save as .csv. Click Next then Finish. If prompted, choose how to handle duplicates. Wait for export completion. Open the CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets to ve]rify contacts. You can then edit or import into other email services like Gmail or CRM tools.
