Just received my order of Poxet 90mg and I’m a bit intimidated by the strength. I’ve never used Dapoxetine before, and some threads suggest that 90mg is a very high starting point for a beginner. Would it be smarter to use a pill cutter and start with 45mg to see how my body reacts to the SSRI? I’m mainly worried about nausea or fainting, which I’ve heard can happen if the dose is too high. Has anyone started straight at 90mg without issues, or is 'slow and steady' the consensus for new users?"
