I am currently dealing with an old Outlook PST file that is still in ANSI format, and it has almost reached the 2GB size limit. Because of this, Outlook has started freezing and showing errors. I have read that Unicode PST files support much larger size limits, so upgrading seems necessary. Can anyone guide me on how to convert or upgrade an ANSI PST to a Unicode PST safely without losing emails, contacts, or folder structure?
