Friends, if my son is now 18 years old and I haven't applied for an EB-3 visa yet, will he still be able to apply for my visa or not? I've already read a lot of information on the Internet, but I can't understand what CSPA is and how it works, can someone explain it to me?

I understand you, I have read a lot of information and couldn't understand anything too. Have you tried watching videos on YouTube on this topic? It sometimes helped me to understand these nuances of the EB-3 visa better. I have been working on this visa in the US for about a year now, but I don't have any children, so I can't help you with this issue. But my friend, who has a daughter, wants to apply for an EB-3 visa and I'm helping her now. Yesterday I was looking for information for her about the CSPA and found an article on eb3.work about How the CSPA Works for Children of EB-3 Applicants, which you can read, for me personally it is written more clearly here than in other articles.
