Silagra, which contains Sildenafil Citrate, is used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. While it can be effective for many men with ED, it’s important to determine eligibility based on individual health conditions. Silagra should not be used by men with severe heart conditions such as unstable angina, recent heart attack, or severe heart failure. Sildenafil can cause a slight drop in blood pressure, which may not be safe for those with certain heart conditions. Silagra should be used with caution in individuals with liver or kidney disease. Dosing adjustments may be necessary for those with mild to moderate liver impairment, but those with severe liver or kidney dysfunction may not be suitable candidates for the drug.
